What i’m doing now

Moving Forward.
One Step At A Time.

I'm Nathan — a father, chiropractor, coach, and someone who knows what it's like to have to rebuild from scratch. This page is a honest look at what I'm working on right now.

1

Do You Know What To Do, But Can't Make Yourself Do It?

Most people I work with aren't short on information. The problem is getting started — and staying started. That's the bit we do together.

WHO THIS IS FOR

If Any Of This Sounds Familiar, Let's Talk.

2

What Would It Feel Like To Actually Change?

Not on a spreadsheet. Not in a progress photo. In how you carry yourself. How you show up for the people around you. That's what real change feels like.

3

What If You Didn't Have To Figure It Out Alone?

This isn't a course you buy and forget. I show up. Every week. And I'll expect the same from you — because that's the only version of this that actually works.

What I'm Building, Training, And Thinking About

Training

Peak District Ultra Challenge — 75km, July 4

Training for 75km through the Peak District to raise money and awareness for Sarcoma UK. Every mile has a reason behind it — this one more personal than most.

Health

Still Moving Forward

Earlier this year I found out the tumour in my pelvis has come back. It's not the news anyone wants. But it hasn't changed the direction — if anything it's sharpened it. I've rebuilt before. I know what it takes. And the work I do with people matters more to me now, not less. So I keep moving — because that's the only thing I know how to do.

Father

Leading By Example

More than anything, I want my son to see someone who didn't stop when it got hard. Not someone who had all the answers, but someone who kept showing up anyway. The hikes, the coaching, the hard conversations. All of it comes back to that. If he grows up knowing that progress is possible even when the odds aren't in your favour, that's enough for me.

Event

Be The Change Hike — Lake District, June 19

Running a guided hike in the Lake District with the Mission Planet team. The idea is simple: get people into nature, slow down, and let the vastness of it do what it does. Shift perspective. Create space. Most people don't realise how much they needed it until they're standing in it. This is the first of what I hope becomes many — eventually growing into full retreats.

Collaboration

Change Is An Inside Job — With Ellen Kay, Neuro8

Working with Ellen Kay from Neuro8 on a short video series about how change actually happens. Not the surface stuff — the deeper neurological and psychological shift that has to happen first. Coming soon.

I work with a small number of people at a time. If you're stuck — whether you're starting from zero or you've been circling the same problem for years — reach out. No pitch. Just a conversation.
