Welcome to www.nathanchilton.co.uk. By using this website or engaging in any of our sleep coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
These Terms are governed by UK law and are compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR.

2. Services Provided
We provide infant and child sleep support through personalised coaching plans. This includes:
Free 15-minute discovery calls
Custom sleep assessments and tailored sleep plans
Follow-up guidance and support (dependent on the package selected)
Services are designed to educate and empower parents to support their child’s sleep more effectively.
3. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree to:
Use it for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
Not use the content for any commercial purposes without our written permission
We reserve the right to update, change, or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
4. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
All coaching sessions and packages must be booked in advance.
Payment must be made in full prior to receiving any sleep plan or coaching service.
You will be provided with a bespoke plan based on information you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate.
Refunds are not offered once the sleep plan has been delivered unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session.
5. Client Responsibility
Sleep plans require consistency and parental input. We cannot guarantee specific results due to individual differences in children, parenting approaches, and environmental factors.
Clients are expected to:
Follow guidance to the best of their ability
Communicate honestly during and after the plan
Seek medical advice if there is any concern that sleep issues may be health-related
6. Disclaimers
Our advice is based on current research, best practice, and professional experience, but it is not a substitute for medical advice.
We are not responsible for any outcomes arising from the misuse or misinterpretation of guidance.
Coaching is educational and supportive in nature, and results may vary.
Always consult a GP or health visitor if you are concerned about your child’s health or development.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, images, logos, documents, etc.) is the intellectual property of Nathan Chilton unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses caused by delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control
Health issues or injuries that result from implementing any advice without proper care or consultation

12.Communication Policy
Support Availability
If WhatsApp and email support is included as part of your chosen package. By working together, you acknowledge the following communication boundaries:
WhatsApp Support: Available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Messages will be responded to within 24 hours during these times.
Email Support: Available Monday to Friday. Responses will be provided within 48 hours.
Messages sent outside of support hours will be responded to during the next available support window.
Weekend and bank holiday communication is not offered unless pre-arranged in a premium support package.
