A more individual approach to workplace wellbeing‍ ‍

Nathan Chilton works with organisations that want to give their people more than a one-off wellbeing perk.

His Corporate Wellness Programme brings one-to-one chiropractic and wellbeing support into the workplace, helping employees understand and work with the physical effects of pressure, stress and modern working life.

‍ Workplace wellbeing is rarely one-size-fits-all‍ ‍

Pain, poor sleep, low energy and sustained pressure do not always arrive separately. They can overlap—and each person’s starting point is different.

That is why Nathan’s approach begins with the individual. Through one-to-one assessment, regular workplace sessions and planned review points, the programme creates a practical, ongoing layer of support for employees.

It is designed to complement the wellbeing support an organisation already provides, not replace it.

How the programme works‍ ‍

1. Start with an individual baseline

Each participating employee begins with a detailed one-to-one consultation, exploring relevant factors such as pain, posture, stress load, energy, sleep and general wellbeing.

2. Provide regular workplace support

Nathan visits the workplace weekly to provide focused one-to-one sessions, which may include chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate techniques.

3. Review progress over time

Planned reviews at 12 and 24 weeks create a clearer picture of what is changing, what is helping and what needs attention.
