Practical, one-to-one wellbeing support for your workplace
The Corporate Wellness Programme is a structured, six-month model of workplace support for organisations that want to take a more individual approach to employee wellbeing.
Nathan works directly with participating employees, combining detailed one-to-one assessment, regular workplace sessions and planned review points. The programme is designed to help people better understand the patterns affecting how they feel and function, then take practical steps forward.
Why an individual approach matters
Workplace wellbeing support often focuses on broad initiatives: useful resources, benefits or occasional events available to everyone.
This programme adds something different. It creates regular space for individual attention—recognising that pain, posture, stress load, sleep, energy and recovery can look different from one person to the next.
It is designed to complement the wellbeing support an organisation already provides, not replace it.
Who it is for
The programme may suit organisations that:
Want to offer employees more consistent, one-to-one wellbeing support
Recognise that pressure, discomfort and depleted energy can affect people in different ways
Are looking for a practical, sustained alternative to one-off wellbeing initiatives
Want to understand what an individualised workplace-wellbeing model could look like
The six-month programme
What may be reviewed
Measures are agreed with each participant and depend on individual needs. They may include:
· Pain and physical tension
· Posture and movement
· Sleep quality
· Energy and recovery
· Perceived stress load
· Ability to manage pressure in day-to-day life and work
The programme is not a substitute for medical, mental-health or employee-assistance services. It is intended as an additional layer of practical, individual support.
Nathan’s approach
Nathan is a chiropractor with 14 years of experience working one-to-one with people dealing with pain, stress and the physical effects of modern life.
His approach looks beyond a single symptom to consider the interaction between physical discomfort, stress load, recovery and the nervous system. Alongside chiropractic care, he is certified in HeartMath techniques, which may form part of his wider approach to stress awareness and wellbeing.
This is a new workplace model, built on 14 years of individual clinical practice and adapted for organisations that want a more personal approach to employee wellbeing.
Questions organisations often ask
-
No. Chiropractic expertise is part of Nathan’s approach, but the programme is not limited to pain. It is designed for employees who may be dealing with a range of factors, including stress load, physical tension, poor sleep, low energy or difficulty recovering after sustained pressure.
-
It is designed to complement the support you already offer. The programme adds one-to-one assessment, regular practical sessions and individual review points that broader initiatives may not provide.
-
Nathan will discuss your organisation, the people you hope to support and what a practical programme could look like. This initial conversation helps establish whether there is a good fit before any scope is agreed.
