Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, curious, or just plain tired, it’s important to know what working together actually looks like. My approach is simple, supportive, and designed to help you feel confident every step of the way.

🕒 1. Free Discovery Call (15 Minutes)

We’ll start with a no-pressure phone or video call to chat through your little one’s sleep challenges and what kind of support you’re looking for.
This is a chance for us both to make sure we’re the right fit and that our values align. If I feel I can genuinely help, I’ll guide you toward the next steps. If not, I’ll always be honest.

📘 2. Sleep Diary (3 Days)

If you decide to move forward, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed sleep diary over three days. This gives me a clear, real-world picture of what’s currently happening with your baby’s sleep — day and night.

This includes:

  • Naps and wake windows

  • Bedtime routines

  • Night wakes

  • Feeding patterns

  • Parental observations

It’s one of the most important tools I use to make sure everything I suggest is relevant, realistic, and tailored to your baby.

You will also be asked to fill out a detailed history form about your child.

📝 3. Bespoke Sleep Plan

Once I’ve reviewed your diary and intake information, I’ll create a personalised sleep plan that reflects your baby’s needs, your parenting style, and the goals you’re working toward.

No templates. No rigid schedules. Just a plan built with intention and flexibility.

🤝 4. Ongoing Support

Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive follow-up support to help you implement the plan, ask questions, and make adjustments along the way.

You won’t be left to figure it out alone. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered — with tools that actually work for your family.
